Speak Up Policy

Raising Concerns Safely and Confidently

Our Speak Up Policy sets out how anyone connected to our business can raise concerns about potential misconduct, unethical behaviour or risks in a safe and responsible way. It ensures that every concern is taken seriously, handled appropriately, and that individuals are protected when they speak up.

Why speaking up matters

Open and honest communication helps us identify and address issues early. By raising concerns, you help protect colleagues, the business and the wider community – and contribute to a safe, fair and responsible workplace.

Who can speak up

Our Speak Up Policy applies broadly to anyone connected to our business, including:

  • Employees at all levels
  • Temporary, contract or former workers
  • Job applicants and trainees
  • Suppliers, partners and other third parties

Everyone is encouraged to raise concerns if they notice something that may be inappropriate or not aligned with our values.

What you can raise

You should speak up if you are aware of or suspect:

  • Unethical or dishonest behaviour
  • Illegal activities
  • Unsafe or dangerous situations
  • Any conduct that goes against company policies or standards

How to raise a concern

We encourage raising concerns internally wherever possible. If that is not suitable, a secure and confidential reporting channel is available to ensure every voice can be heard.
