酶对环境的好处
酶制剂可加速生化反应，可在低温和温和pH水平下良好作用，赋能更安全、更环保的加工工艺。酶制剂本质上是生物基的，能很好地替代石化基技术和产品。
酶可以提升食品质量和食品安全，减少对化学品的使用，降低能源消耗，并帮助食品制造商应对日益增长的特殊膳食需求。酶制剂可以提高洗涤剂的性能，消费者从而可以在较低的温度下清洗衣物。酶制剂还可以延长一些食品的保质期，提高一些生产过程的能源效率。

确定优先要素
实现可持续发展目标的方法不是一成不变的。我们在倾听和学习的同时，也在对需要改变的事情采取行动，努力寻找新的方法来改进、发展、创新和适应。
为此，我们进行了全面的重要性评估。我们咨询了诸多合作伙伴，找出最具影响，最需要改善的方面。我们确定了25个可持续发展主题，其中优先级更高的涉及五个方面：员工、经济、环境、产品和供应链。

2021年，我们凭借在企业责任流程改善方面取得的优异成就，获得EcoVadis 企业社会责任铂金勋章。该勋章表彰我们达到了同类企业前1%的优异水平。EcoVadis企业社会责任评级对我们的审核涵盖了环境、公平劳动和人权、伦理和可持续采购等21项指标，非常严格。这个奖项反映了我们在企业责任流程改善方面大力采取的各项措施。
